Aaaand suddenly it's fall! Funnily enough since where I live has basically mild weather year-round, part of me still thought it was summer when October started, haha. The days were still long at the time (and still sorta warm), but now it's starting to cool off with the days slowly getting shorter...
The shorter days are not my favourite, so once it starts I'm always looking forward to March where the days get longer and the weather is warmer, haha. Now that I think about it, it's been fascinating watching the seasons change and watching the sun's position change throughout the year.
Anyway enough rambling- let's get into those updates!
STORY/PROJECT NEWS!
Star Quest continues to update on its site on Fridays! Not much to say here, other than I'm slowly working on pages and concept art when I can~ Speaking of concept art, I actually post Star Quest concept art on Ko-Fi periodically for just $3 a month (and early pages too!)! Check it out here if that interests you!
SITE NEWS!?
Site news...not much happening there, either! I have been poking around in the OC corner, but again, updates have been infrequent! I do know I need to update the sketchlog... it's been a few months.

I DO HAVE ONE THING I'M WORKING ON!
Speicifically, the old art archive! When I made it I sorta left it unfinished so I decided to edit it and change it, going for a similar design to deviantART. It contains all of my old art and deviantART was my main place up until I chose to leave for good a few years ago. (Though I kinda left in like 2012-2014 due to me being wayyy more active on Tumblr)
Sooo why not make it look like one of the beloved sites (although cursed in some places askjfdaslkf) from my early teens? This is where it's at now!

SHOP NEWS!!
Hey wait a second... shop news?? Surprise!! I finally got my shop up and running about a couple weeks ago with tons of handmade stickers, prints, and buttons! At the moment I can only ship paper products like stickers and prints to international customers through letter mail, but unfortunately I won't be shipping items like charms and buttons overseas. (To save both mine and your bank accounts- I'm hoping the price of international tracking goes down...)
My shop is available on Ko-Fi HERE!! And look out for the future! I'm planning to put up zines, sticker sheets, and hopefully charms! The shop ventures have also got me thinking about applying and vending at an artist alley one day. (Maybe next year will be the year?? I'll update when I find out!!)
LIFE THINGS!
Many life things has been happening! I recently acquired a car which has been very nice- it's the one I had my eyes on for a while too! (not looking forward to paying back all of that money for the next 5 years haha,,,) Still trying to change my life for the better after being in a rut for nearly 2 years. We're getting there, though! Next life goal is acquiring a place of my own!! (after I find a new and better paying job asfhldsl)
I've been playing a mix of many games, namely Silksong, Pokemon Legends Z-A, and most recently Kirby Air Riders. Silksong and Z-A I'm taking a break on (the latter especially after having nearly a couple hour play sessions daily before dayjob sdjkhsj) so most of my gaming attention has gone to Air Riders as of late!
Though what has ALL of my attention at the moment is Fullmetal Alchemist. It's one of the many series that I'd hear mentioned (and I'd catch a few eps here and there on Adult Swim in the past) but didn't actually check out in full until early last month. I think I have a new favourite manga? Oh my god????? It's so so so good and I understand why it's so beloved??? I was checking out the 2003 anime for a minute but I stopped for a second (it's kinda removed from the manga and got to a point where I needed to pay attention to one story only hgkjfk). I checked out a few episodes of Brotherhood and it's AMAZING but since that's heavy on following the manga, I don't wanna spoil myself so I'm choosing to finish the manga then finish FMA 2003 then FMAB. As of right now I'm on volume 20 out of 27! What a story it is!!!!
What else has been happening... oh! I've been spending more time on Melonland Forums throughout the week while I'm teetering on socials. Topics of discussions are much more easier to digest than the firehose of socials, haha. Still though, I like to lurk on Bsky every now and then...
